What is public information?
Public information is an official document stored in a public institution - a drawing, model, plan, diagram, photograph, electronic information, video and audio recordings, as well as information received, processed, created or sent by a public institution or its employee, and previously published by a public institution, unless it is attributed to confidential information.
To determine whether the information is public, it is necessary to exclude its belonging to the category of secret information, such as personal data, state or commercial secret.
